“Phone call was straight forward, shame about the push for Big Warranty though they were not overly pushy for additional products and accepted no without any further hassle. Clear explanation and almost no waiting to get through.”

“The service has been ok so far. The service is pretty efficient in terms of selling the product, which i’m hoping continues. I’d just prefer to not waste 10-15 minutes of my life on the phone for things that could definitely just be a web form or live chat.”

“Initial contact and quotation services were excellent. I signed up for a reasonably priced insurance cover on two appliances. I have yet to have my repair completed, but it is arranged for within 48 hours of me calling and at my convenience.”
