“Phone call was straight forward, shame about the push for Big Warranty though they were not overly pushy for additional products and accepted no without any further hassle. Clear explanation and almost no waiting to get through.”

“The service has been ok so far. The service is pretty efficient in terms of selling the product, which i’m hoping continues. I’d just prefer to not waste 10-15 minutes of my life on the phone for things that could definitely just be a web form or live chat.”

“May start by saying a very polite and courteous young man took my details . The company needs to look at reducing the amount read out, it takes far too long reading all terms and conditions as I'm at work it was a very long process.”
