“I was a bit reluctant to give card detail over the phone but was passed to the manager who was reassuring and told me all would be ok , I do hope it will be . Very caring and considerate .”

“The man, Sean, who I spoke to was very efficient, clear, friendly and helpful. He seemed to know what he was talking about and sorted things out quickly for me. However there was a lot of background noise from lots of other people talking as he was obviously in a call centre this made it difficult for me to concentrate on everything he said as I have extremely bad tinnitus. If this nois could be prevented it would make things much better for the customer!!”
