“The website overall is, in my opinion, very tidy. It was easy to navigate around the site as well as being nice to look at. You can easily choose what you're looking for by using the navigation subtitle buttons. The site also has links, at the bottom, to their social media sites, Facebook and Twitter. I like the colour of the site, the layout and the overall experience of using it.”

“It took a while to find out if my washing machine would be covered but once it was agreed, the engineer was promptly booked and sorted out my machine to my satisfaction, it turned out to be just the belt in the end. Overall, a good experience considering the amount of time we were without our machine.”
