“It was very good that the engineers contacted me within the hour to book an appointment, but disappointing that they phoned on Thursday and couldn't come until the following Tuesday .”

“The man, Sean, who I spoke to was very efficient, clear, friendly and helpful. He seemed to know what he was talking about and sorted things out quickly for me. However there was a lot of background noise from lots of other people talking as he was obviously in a call centre this made it difficult for me to concentrate on everything he said as I have extremely bad tinnitus. If this nois could be prevented it would make things much better for the customer!!”

“The telephone sales lady was very clear,pleasant,super efficient,persuasive.Sold me lots more than I planned when I rang for an enquiry.I just hope it's all going to be good value and not just an unecessary insurance con?Time will tell.Ask me in a year?”
