“Zero rating I want to give....I received damaged saree, with colouring defect ,that saree has light colour lines and patches all oves saree, I emailed Gocoop ,sent message on on head office WhatsApp no as well but still there's no response from Gocoop,thos is really poor service from such a big platform”

“The material was claimed to be silk and it turned out to be cotton. This is deception, which caused lot of dissatisfaction. The silk saris are also sometimes not good quality silk or starched stiff. Overall there is hit and miss, shopping at GoCoop!”

“Can I give a minus 5 rating (-5)? The quality of the sarees were bad and they were definitely not worth the amount that I was charged. The value of both sarees could not have been above Rs. 1,000 and please check what you charged me. They were that bad. I did not expect Gocoop to deliver such bad quality goods to me and charge me the earth for it. I have been ordering sarees for so many years now, please check my order history. But those were the last sarees. No more. I don't trust Gocoop any more.”

“I purchased 2.5 meter tussar material. The seller sent a dupatta instead of material. My tailor is trying to make a kurta out of it.”

“I ordered the “Mint Green Dense Diamond Hand-Knotted Curtain Tie-Back” and received a different product. I have tried several times to correct this error with the seller but this was declined. gocoop informing me that this was not possible with international orders”
