“I bought two sarees on 25 and 26 January no response at all. I should have got the sarees by now. I am surprised. No response from. Customer care as well. This time very poor service.”

“I had ordered two sarees which took 3 weeks for delivery that too after several requests through phone. Whenever, I rang them up, they gave a standard reply that they would get back in 10 minutes, but did not happen. Tracking on their website always showed "picked up and in transit".”

“I am yet to receive an item against my order number GC31020. I have spoken with your Customer support person, and have also written a mail to your support group in this regard, but I am yet to receive any assurance that my issue would get resolved. The status in the Order indicates that the order has been fulfilled, but in reality only one item out of two has been delivered to me.”
