“We have bought from Gocoop many times before, and had an excellent experience every time. This time, one star because the vendor sent a completely different coloured sari, and does not even have the one which was ordered.We are unable to return it due to the strict lockdown. There should be a CHECKING SYSTEM before dispatch. Ponnapa”

“I have paid Rs.3350 for two duppattas on 09.04.2021. I got only one duppatta so far. On 19.04.2021 you replied my Email that the other one is in transit . Today is 01.05.2021 till now it is not reached me”

“Very bad experience. Even though I had cancelled the order, the same was delivered with an excuse saying that we cannot cancel an order while on transit. Another product which was delivered at the first place was not from a weaver, so false promises.”

“The color of the saree which I have received is completely different from what was on the website When I asked for exchanging the saree ( I was ready to buy saree of lesser cost ) in exchange) but I am still not allowed to do so”

Hello Yeshwant M Gaunkar We are an online marketplace for weavers and artisans to showcase their products to a large international consumer base through our platform. Our vendors function from very remote parts of our country and cannot afford to bear outright return of their sold products. As a result, we do not encourage easy return and refund on any order. We do make sure that a strict QC process is followed to ensure the consumer's satisfaction as well. Regarding your concern about the mismatch in the colors, attaching herewith both the website image and the image you shared with us. "• Colour hues may slightly vary from that which appears in the image" We add this warning to make sure a variation is to be naturally expected. Since there is no stark difference and all other relevant information was already shared for you to read through before you made the purchase, we will not be able to process your request.

“One Saree purchased on line for my mother of 80 years from you as birthday gift was damaged we could see that only after wash, (carona precaution). Most disgutsting for your selling damaged products on line.”
