“I have made about 6 purchases from GoCoop. In my last purchase , I got a wrong color . I am aware that pictures often give a different color shade.... but when the description says orange and you get a maroon ,it is definitely a wrong shipment . I have complained and supported the same with pictures and relevant info but there is no reply . Most good business have very few wrong deliveries .However , customer service is evident only when a wrong has to be addressed and corrected . Your Business deliveries are good but your Customer service is very very poor .”

“One of the fabrics - Black Pasapalli ikat handloom Material × 1 - is very loosely woven, worse than lining material, and totally see through. I'm not sure it is usable for any purpose. The other - Green, Black Pasapalli ikat handloom Material × 1 - looks totally different in colour form that shown on the site. I can understand slight difference, but on the site it looks like sea green/blue, and in reality, it is a really dark green.”

“I was charged 54 SGD on top of what I paid already. The operations team is yet to confirm why or issue a refund. When you are doing international shipping, one needs to be precise on the cost. I’m still awaiting a response”
