“I was booking for a green colour saree but, the colour I received is blue. No return facility is available.”

“Fabrics are thinner than I expected and the colour also different. It was shame that I couldn't even return the products... Not happy experience. I had a very good experience getting Odisha saree before so I was convicted that the fabrics are good too but now I don't think I will try to buy it as I don't want to have the same experience again.”

“The fabric was totally different in colour from what was visible on the website. What I saw and ordered was orange yellow tones and what I received was pink purple tones. How can there be such a difference? Disappointed. Image 7643 I ordered Image 7644 I received”

“I loved shopping with gocoop. Delivery was fast and good. One of the saree was very old stock and damaged so i requested for return and they agreed. I was asked to send it back and i did . Problem started ….no good customer care ….no response on what happened to my item….no response on whether they received or not and ti what happened to my refund….bad experience….”

“Very very bad shopping experience, will never purchase anything from this website. I ordered one saree worth rs but I did not liked the color so I requested for return but they did not accepted my request somehow I thought ok I will go for exchange but that too is not happening I am regularly mailing since last week but no body is coming for pick up. Very poor service. Very Very disappointed.”

“THe return policy is not at all customer friendly . I wanted to return an item as no one in the my family liked it. I gave a call to the Pune centre and they refused the return. Most of the online dealers take returns if the customer is not satisfied. I will never buy from this site or recommend anyone to buy from the dealer. I feel my money is wasted .”
