“I have had a very bitter sweet experience with GoCoop. A request for returning a jamdani fabric was not responded to properly. A genuine request is also not acceeded to, which shows poor customer service.”

“Very disappointing. I ordered a white n yellow tie n dye double bedsheet which was very dusty, I had to give it for dry clean.humble suggestion please send clean n neat products. Every time the customer does not have time to click the pic of untidy bedsheets n mail you”

“Sheer waste of time! Firstly merchandise received at our end was entirely different than the one listed & chosen on the website. And then to return the same was a task in itself,convincing a ghost(someone from GoCoop who kept his/her identity a mystery during our interactions) that the product sent is wrong and then follow up on the refund 🙄, it was hell (seriously) to go through such an ugly buying experience. Would recommend my family and friends not to ever visit GoCoop site for even browsing let alone sourcing anything. 1”

“The experience is based on two purchases totalling four items. Quality of products is suspect and would appreciate if you could QC it before listing and shipment. More importantly your support person is slow, unprofessional and downright lazy. You will lose more customers with the extremely poor levels of service. I wouldn't get back to buy anything as there are several options. Sorry about this but hope you understand the very fact I am giving feedback you should help you.”
