“I was cleaning the leaves out of my 2011 Honda with a scribe with a 90-degree straight hook on one end, when it went down in the bowels of the engine compartment. It was one of my favorite tools, and when I saw a picture of the perfect replacement at Kimco, I pounced on it. Unfortunately, what arrived was not what was pictured. The curved hook point was what was described, but not what was pictured. I sent a message in to customer service, and Nate explained all this, and sent the correct scriber the same day. I am really impressed with his understanding and service. I'd shop at GoKimco any time again, and have duly entered the website on my computer. You're GREAT!”
