“Good product selection and quick responsive emails with the company. Unfortunately, the expected ship dates and delay times are not present on the website, which can be a bit aggravating if a product is backordered.”

“Great price for the solder. I paid for Standard Over Night shipping. However, I did not see anything that said it was not going to ship for 5 to 7 days. I did get an email after my payment went through that informed me that my order would ship sometime in the next week. I would have liked to know expected ship date before I ordered. I would still have ordered, however I would also been less stressed when my boss asked when it will be here.”

“All product is exactly like described. Only drawback was waiting a few extra days. We are used to having items shipped within 24 hours, this was a few days more. Other than that, Kimco is excellent.”

“Definitely a great company with high quality supplies and a website that is very easy to navigate. The only thing I would recommend would be to add a little more information about products such as; with solder tips have the customer check the model of connector assembly, not the station itself. Also to notify customers if a syringe of flux is ready to dispense or is made for a dispensing device. I understand these issues will mostly apply to the amateur solderer however Kimco has exactly what any individual should be using to get quality results. Highly recommended.”

“Love my new mag lamp and the customer service was outstanding. There’s one problem with the stand. It’s very bulky and the wheels are too small making it difficult to move around easily.”

“When I felt that some documentation was missing I called Kimco and was put through to a technician who explained Weller's intent and the additional information available on the web. The technician understood my hesitation in the stiffness of the soldering tips and gave me detailed understanding of the retention joint. He also gave me a phone number for a Weller employee to inquire further should that be needed. The response really impressed me and no justification seemed to be needed. I am very favorably impressed and will keep Kimco in mind when I have further equipment needs. Well done!!!”

“I always like the products that KIMCO supplies. I wish they would ship UPS not USPS when shipping product that needs to arrive next day (i.e. solder paste). USPS isn't reliable enough.”
