“Service is ok and the energy green. An online payment option is missing and this would facilitate payments and put greenenergy in a better position vs competitors. Online account as well is not available. Apart for that all the rest is good.”
“I switched to Good Energy after seeing repeatedly on the news that the Big 6 were trouble - I liked the idea of a smaller energy supplier, and I haven't been disappointed. Customer service is excellent and I'm very happy to be doing my bit for the environment.”
“I switched to Good Energy in 2014 and haven't looked back! The customer service is fantastic and the company has great ethics. I'd recommend anybody thinking about switching to go for it. You won't be disappointed.”
“I switched to Good Energy recently and the service has been fantastic - the call centre staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly! Plus the company has great ethics”
“I like Good Energy because it's different to the other companies out there. I like that it sources all its electricity from renewable sources, and particularly like the way it supports small independent electricity generators around the country and buys power from them.
As a customer, I've not had any issues, but I've noted on social media a few occasions when they've got things wrong. What I like about them is the way they will hold their hands up and admit this - and try to do something about it. I guess they can't please everyone all the time, but so far they've done a pretty good job for me.”
“I was interested in green energy for a long time. I recently switched from E.On to Good Energy and am very pleased with the standard of customer service. Not only am I doing my bit for the environment but I also get top quality service from a small UK company to go with it. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very friendly - no wonder they top all the polls for having the best customer service! I have recommended Good Energy to my friends and family and my parents have also already switched to them. I'd recommend them to anyone.”
“I have been with Good Energy for electricity for several years and liked the tone of correspondence. I therefore switched to you for my gas supply. You don't seem to have noticed as you are still inviting me to do this, and I wonder if there should be some advantage in the price. I would also like to pay for gas by direct debit, but I had no answer to my letter requesting this.”
Hi Audrey, we're sorry that we didn't get back to. We can confirm that your gas and electricity are on our cheapest rate for your region. We have also sent you a Direct Debit mandate in the post today.
“I like Duel Energy for its work and for renewable energy.
However as a low energy user I am disappointed to hear that because I am a low user my bill will increase even though you are lowering your prices for gas and electricity - because you are raising your standing charges to the point where any benefit to myself is annulled. :(”
“If you enjoy having a glow of satisfaction because you're doing something right sign up to Good Energy - it's our long term gift to our grandchildren as well as to ourselves .”
“Good Energy is an excellent company. They are very easy to contact and are very helpful (with a real person) when you phone them. Best of all, they are using renewable energy.

“Really impressed with the ethics of Good Energy. Plus, am a gas and electricity customer and have always been totally happy with the fantastic service provided.”
“The best customer service team EVER. Real people who are genuinely interested in helping to respond to your issue - what a breath of fresh air from what we, alas, now seem to have in most customer service departments. Not only that, but it's done quickly and efficiently. All that and I haven't even mentioned that it's 100% renewable energy! How good does that feel?!”
“I switched from Scottish Power. It took a year to finalise the bills from Scottish Power, through a seemingly interminable saga of failed computer systems lengthy phone calls and confusing and erroneous statements. It took less than a week to have things sorted with Good Energy. Eventually the matter was only resolved when Scottish Power had to ask Good Energy for another copy of the changeover information because the Scottish Power system had screwed it up, at least that's what they told me, though given the mess of everything else to do with Scottish Power that may be another fairy tale.
Thank you Good Energy, please keep up the good work.”
