“We cant thank the team at Goodbye Good Boy enough. Our beautiful Border Collie Buddy was a member of our family whom we loved very much. We were assisted by Goodbye Good Boy in a kind and gentle way, allowing us to grieve and offering us support through the final part of Buddy's life. The family got to say goodbye at home where Buddy would have wanted to be, while we hugged him and held him. The process gave us closureand we know Buddy felt at peace and loved, we think its the best decision we made to use Goodbye Good Boy to assist us, they are a very special organization with amazing humans who work there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“Thank you to the friendly, gentle and amazing team who helped the apple of my eye cross the rainbow bridge. It didn't feel right doing it any other way than in our home together where he was most happy and comfortable. Dr Ingrid was knowledgeable and well versed in her field and was more than happy to step me through the process as needed, especially with all my questions and worries. I trusted her with my boy even though it killed me to let him go. Cassandra who I spoke with on the phone through the booking and payment process was kind and caring and easy to deal with. She made sure I got the date and time I was hoping for as it was an extremely stressful time and every 12 hours was different from the last as my boy was getting more ill. Thank you for this service 🤍 for anyone wondering on the prices - I chose the full cremation memorial one and it was worth every cent. The timber urn and plaque and engravement are just beautiful. Remember you cannot put a price on saying goodbye to your best mate and you have to do it the way that suits you both the most. 🫶”

“As expected, we were devastated to have to say goodbye to our beloved cat Ziggy who had been a much-loved family member for 15 years. The help and service that we received from Goodbye Goodboy were superb from the time that first contact was made. They were both supportive and informative. The vet that attended for his farewell was just so understanding and patient giving us all the time we needed. She left our home with Ziggy placed and resting on a soft blanket in a basket, a picture and memory which will always stay with us. A comforting gesture. The follow-up was also appreciated and the personal delivery of his ashes to our home was appreciated. Having to say goodbye in the kindest and best possible way to a pet is so very distressing, I highly recommend this company. They provide the assistance needed in a professional and personal way.”

“We made the excruciating decision to put my beautiful old boy to sleep, I googled at home euthanasia and Goodbye Good Boy was the first website that popped up on my screen, after only reading a couple of reviews I knew this was the right place for us to come to. I called and spoke with Dawn who was just so lovely and calming. I was able to choose a time and day and found the whole process incredibly easy in this tough situation. Dr Audrey was the vet who came out to my home, she not only kept me updated with when she would be at my place, she was compassionate and empathetic to my whole family. She made this experience so peaceful and beautiful for us while explaining things in ways my girls could understand. I can not thank your team enough and have already recommended you to my family and friends.”

“The friendly staff made an entirely devastating and difficult time much more easy to navigate. “The end of a pets life is always traumatic, but I wanted to say farewell to my girl Danica in a calm safe environment rather than at the vet in a clinical situation. I can't recommend Good Bye Good Boy more for assisting with a beautiful transition for her. The vet was amazing, beautiful soul who gave me the space to go at the pace I wanted so there was no rushing. How they took her away even was incredible and I felt her life was respected in the most amazing way. I have already recommended you to others for pets I know are in their final Months and years. ““From my initial contact with Goodbye Good Boy, and throughout the whole process, I could not recommend this business more highly. We were so comforted in the knowledge that our beautiful Cavoodle, Jazzy, would be euthanized at home surrounded by his family and all that was familiar to him. Dr Melissa provided a caring, kind and empathic presence both during and after the passing of our beloved Jazzy. We opted for the cremation package, which was beautifully presented when Jazzy was returned to us. This service is also to be recommended”.”

“Recently we lost our beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback, Gunga Din, “Dinnie”. He was more than a champion, he was a cherished member of our family. The initial grief of his passing was nearly too much for us, however, Goodbye Good Boy helped us cope and enabled us to keep the memory of our darling boy alive. “When we called Goodbye Good Boy as our beloved dog had to be euthanised we were devastated and distraught. Goodbye Good Boy were understanding and compassionate from start to finish. The service was very professional and we felt that our special, furry companion had a dignified and beautiful farewell at home with the family by her side.
