“I have been putting off writing my review as I am still an emotional wreck after the loss of my baby. That being said am so happy I found Goodbye Good Boy to assist with the farewell of my darling boy Dollar. The entire team was so caring, understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. The vet on the evening was absolutely wonderful, he took time and care with my baby, making sure he was at ease and talked us through everything. We were so fortunate that Dollar was able to leave us in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family and fur siblings. As much as I dread the next time one of my fur babies needs to cross the rainbow bridge, I take a little solace in knowing that Goodbye Good Boy's service will be there. I can't recommend the team highly enough and my family and I are so grateful for everything they did.”

“We were very thankful to be supported so well, from the first phone call to the last the day before we said goodbye to jess, to the day of her passing Very difficult decision to make when its one made with fore thought Jess had a great 17 years and we are happy we said good bye in our backyard where she spent so much time,very peaceful”

“I dealt with Dawn throughout my initial call. She made the hardest moments so much easier. The whole team throughout the entire time were nothing short of amazing and caring. Not a service I ever wanted to use but one I would highly recommend and use again if and when needed.”

“No one ever wants to use this service but when you do Goodbye Good Boy is an excellent service. The process was very simple and they accommodated all our needs. The vet who came to our home was amazing and paid great attention to our young children (5&7) which I truly appreciated.”

“We were very glad that we chose Goodbye Good Boy to manage the final journey of our beloved dog, Obi-Wan. Everyone we had dealt with at Goodbye Good Boy was very accommodating, and showed a lot of empathy and compassion to us. We explained our situation in our first phone call with James and he was able to organise Dr Mel to come on the same day. Dr Mel explained each step of the process to us and gave us plenty of time to spend the last moments with Obi. The whole process was very personal, beautiful and thoughtful. A couple weeks after, Cassandra rang to check in on us and making sure we were ok. It was very thoughtful and we felt very supported. After being gifted 15 years of unconditional love from Obi, the most beautiful gift we could give him was a beautiful send off and we were glad to have Goodbye Good Boy in Obi's final journey.”

“Cannot thank Cassandra and Dr Melissa enough for making such a difficult day a calming and peaceful experience. We purchased the extra package for our darling Doris baby and the cremation was a simple process and she was hand delivered back home. We love her beautiful portrait and have hung it in her favourite place to hang out. Cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy more highly for professionalism and care, worth every cent for your loved fur baby.”

“When we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our 16 year old Westie, the team at Goodbye Goodboy could not have been more supportive or empathetic. Dr Melissa was so caring and whilst it was devastating to lose Dougie, she made it a much easier situation to deal with. To anyone facing a pet's demise, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Very understanding and sympathetic. Dealings with Goodbye Good Boy was thankfully easy and they arranged things quickly, all the while making sure we were ok with the timing of things. They also checked in with us a week later. The vet who attended was great giving us time to say goodbye to our beloved Buckley and allowed us time with him afterwards, we weren’t rushed, we were allowed to spend that time with him. I would highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy. Any questions we had were answered in a sensitive way.”

“Absolutely amazing service and worth every single cent. We could not have better honoured our old friend. The vet team arrived within 3 hours of our call and fully explained the 3 step process at each stage and made light and friendly conversation. Our darling was then transported in a pastel blanket. The fee included complimentary counselling with a grief specialist, very useful. Every single person and step of the process was gentle, kind and loving. Perfect. Thank you.”

“From the start of this experience to the end Goodbye Good Boy were nothing but helpful & supportive. They explained what would happen when the vet came to our home to euthanize our very sick beloved 17 year old Jack Russell Emily and how they would handle her cremation. With one on one communication and a follow up after it was all over with its exceptional. The creation service was quick and the quality of the wooden ashes box it's awesome, the picture they did of Emily was wonderful they captured her so well. Cant thank this company enough total recommend them.”

“From the hardest phone call to make, Cassandra was very patient and caring, and Dr Melissa's visit was everything I had hoped for being very peaceful and calm, helping my beautiful Maggie off to her forever sleep. Dr Melissa, then so gently and respectfully wrapped her in a soft blanket after we all had our last goodbyes - very grateful for your service at such a difficult heartbreaking time”

“From initial contact right through to saying Goodbye to our beautiful Max of 15+ years the service was superb. Dr Natalia lead us through the farwell at our own pace in a very private, dignified and respectful way. Such a lovely ending for a truly special member of our family, we would highly recommend Goodbye Good Boy.”
