“When the time is right to make one of the hardest family decisions, you must speak with Goodbye Good Boy. From the initial phone call to the final goodbye, they were fabulous! We said goodbye to our nearly 17yr old Scooter, and while it was an extremely sad time, he was comfortable in his own home, in his own bed with his favourite toy, surrounded by his family. We could not have asked for a more peaceful farewell. Thank you to the customer team and Dr Sherrif.”

“June 2022 was one of the most difficult months I have ever experienced. My faithful Husky and best friend Shilo needed to be let go. After rescuing her from an animal shelter at aged 2 and sharing a further 12 years of friendship and adventures her aging body had had enough. I came across Goodbye Goodboy and after some agonizing decision making decided that I needed to make contact. The staff I spoke with were amazing. They were caring and understanding in that they advised and guided me through the process. On the day of euthanasia, the vet Dr. Sherif showed compassion and professionalism. Spending the final moments with Shilo was amazing and provided closure knowing that she had passed quietly, without pain and with dignity. She was later taken away for cremation and returned to me in a beautifully engraved timber box accompanied with a tuft of her hair, messaged card with a paw print. Later I was to receive a digital painting of her. All of which are now displayed here at home as a remembrance of an awesome friend. Thanks go out to everyone involved and for the outstanding support offered to me during the whole process. I would recommend Goodby Goodboy to any pet owner looking to honor their fur friend and have them remembered with dignity for years to come. Fantastic service and a job well done. Congratulations.”

“It’s one of the hardest decisions you will make…saying goodbye to your best friend or for me…my children…Goodbye Good Boy were there for us all. They helped support me in knowing when it was the right time…I can not express my gratitude to Dawn and Dr Esther….really compassionate and I was able to say goodbye in the sunshine when we were all ready…and I could end their time at home…together. An amazing service. I was supported throughout…my babies did not suffer and I am so grateful. If you are looking for that special time to say goodbye….it is worth every cent. Their service is less than a lot of home EU options and it is at the time you request. Thank so much…it’s a memory I will cherish for all my days and I am so grateful to have it because of Goodbye Good Boy xxx Mummy loves ❤️You Kiah and Saphira xxx”

“My partner and I are so grateful that we selected Goodbye Good Boy to farewell our precious dog. Our vet Dr. Taylah was the definition of empathetic - she sat with us and our boy for about 40 minutes before the process began and took the time to get to know us and make us all comfortable. Most importantly, she treated our darling pup with care, kindness and affection. Our dog was pretty tired towards the end, and being able to say goodbye in the comfort of our home (instead of dragging him to the vet, which always made him anxious) was such a blessing. The cremation service was also flawless, and the urn and little tokens we received to remember our dog are beautiful.”

“Good bye good boy are very well organised We used them to put our dog of 15 years to sleep they were very nice come in feed Kira chocolate whilst they gave her the needles I would recommend these guys to any one”

“O am blessed to have the support from this organisation for my beautiful Burmese Chloe and for me. Dawn was so supportive during the booking process and Astrid the vet was so sensitive to us both and allowed me to decide when Chloe transitioned to her next life. I would recommend this home option to everyone who has to say goodbye to their loved pet. Sincere thankyou to all and I also appreciated the checking call some days later to see how I was travelling. Thankyou”

“From the minute I phoned Goodbye Good Boy I knew I had made the right decision to use the team. They have been amazing, so supportive and caring. Dr Audrey and team were so fantastic in Mongo's last moments I couldn't have asked for a better send off. I cannot speak more highly of the team and are forever grateful. “Wow!! Just absolutely amazing. Throughout a devastating euthanasia, Goodbye Good Boy (and their partner Pets to Rest) have been beyond helpful. They've been caring and understanding, and have kept me updated throughout the entirely seamless process, including phone calls, not just emails. I honestly can't fault them and would highly highly recommend their services. Look at how my beautiful Betsy was returned to me.”

“An amazing service. One of the toughest times in my life was eased by the care of the Goodbye Good Boy team. Dr. Sherif and Dawn were particularly caring and supportive throughout the process. They shared my grief with me. My little girl was so lucky to have them from the moment she passed to coming back to us in a beautiful urn, which was handled with love and respect. Honestly, I do not know how we could have handled this process without them. We are so lucky people like this exist and provide this service with the utmost respect. They are angels to our angels. Thank you again so much.”

“I had to make the heart breaking decision to euthanize my feline furbaby. A friend supporting me helped call a couple of places. For some reason I decided on Goodbye Goodboy. I then made the call. From the first call I made asking for help. Caitlyn was most professional, with lots of patience, a very upnderstanding person. She organised EVERYTHING efficiently. Including the private cremation and return with Eternal Pets. Another company that have very kind and compassionate people. When Dr Currie arrived. I saw the very same additute. I was never rushed. He assessed my feline and agreed he it was time All facts explained first so I had full understanding of the procedure. He was so gentle and kind. Only moving forward each step when I was ready. It is very clear these people have a deep love of animals and helping people. I even received a follow up call a couple of weeks later to see how I was going. My baby girl is home again and I have a paw print to sit next to her. While I never want to go through that again. I'm VERY thankful for the support of the people working here.”

“Our cat, which was with us for 17 years, had a lot of problems (cancer) in the past few years. Every time he recovered and he could enjoy his life again. Lately, he developed brain cancer, brain swelling and fluids (confirmed by MRI scan). For us, it was a very stressful time watching him struggle to eat, sleep etc. He was quickly going blind and deaf. He was extremely frustrated with himself. When we made a decision, the last thing we wanted to do is to take him somewhere as he hated going anywhere in a car. That's where our home vet recommended Goodbye Good Boy to us. Doctor Dave See, who came to our home, was extremely professional and compassionate. He explained everything to us, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and, although we felt extremely depressed, it was a great relief to see our cat stop suffering in peace. He treated our cat as if it was his friend and us as his family members. Thank you to all at Goodbye Good Boy and even bigger thank you for providing service that we needed at the time. I've got no idea what we would do without you. Our friend's name was Borys...”

“There are no words for the outstanding care provided by Goodbye Good Boy. Dawn was incredible with the support to organise everything for my boy Charger to get the peaceful and respectful service he deserved. Dr Esther, who attended my home, was just the person we hoped would be there to make sure Charger was looked after right the way through. And Pets Eternal created the most beautiful memorial box for us to keep Charger with us forever. To have a team this compassionate about our fur babies during such a heartbreaking time is truly everything we had hoped for. Thank you.”
