Booked rental car with their sister company gotrentalcars.com. Had to cancel as flight got cancelled. They confirmed refund minus £25 admin fee.
Its been close to 2 months now, have emailed them numerous times, and called - STILL NO REFUND. Absolute scam and shameless company full of liars and thieves.

“I rented a car with this company, I prepaid it. At pick up the rental company (Budget) couldn't find the booking. I had to rent another car for 3 times the amount I booked before. Budget tried to call the company, but nobody picked up the phone, we tried the USA number and the European number several times. Also on email they don't respond. Now the rental has cost me 1700€ for 6 days, a simple car! After several complaints, still no respond! Never rent with this company. It's really a shame!”
“Booked and paid 3 weeks ago, only to turn up in Scotland to a third party rental that had no car. offered another car but had to pay more and wanted to stick £1200 on my credit for holding, although I had paid for full insurance. we refused to pay the extra and was told to leave. no refund speak to who you booked it with!! have tried calling and emailing and had no response. avoid at all costs.”
