Another company who doesn’t look after their loyal customers. Very disappointed with you service and when you need your local customers back, I hope they shop somewhere different.

I have been using gousto for nearly two months, having recommended lots of people I was informed today that my account was out on pause which I did not do! And now I won’t be receiving any more boxes at this time with everything going on! Great the whole reason I signed up to this was because I’m heavily pregnant and I know I would always have healthy food in for my family! And now I don’t have anything, yet all the people I have recommended are enjoy there boxes I’m here with NOTHING! I must also say my last box I was also kind enough to delay my box by 2 days to help them out with this busy period! Not good customer service atal!!! I have also tried to sort this via email, live chat and phone!

Have been having two deliveries weekly for past 14 months. Yesterday they sent me an email thanking me for my loyalty. Today cannot order as they say my subscription was paused last year! Customer service not empathetic at all. Really on delivery because in that age group for self isolation

My box was stolen and the company refused to replace it, so I had no meals while being stuck self-isolating. Rude and inconsiderate

Have been a regular customer and have always really enjoyed the boxes. Today I was emailed to say there had been an issue with our payment, there was no obvious cause for this and the payment was made successfully within a few minutes of receiving the email. However a future box has been cancelled as a result and I have been advised there is no way to reinstate it "due to high demand" New customers have signed up so it appears nothing can be done to help existing customers. With regret I have cancelled our subscription - not good enough Gousto!

Love the service and the food is excellent.. we are enjoying the cooking and the packaging is economic. No food wastage and a great variety.. has made life so much easier time wise with thinking about dinners then shopping. Highly recommend. The app is easy also

Have been gousto customer for well over a year... Back from holiday and no deliveries available... expected loyal customers to be preferential regarding deliveries.... obviously not the case.... Will remember this when deliveries return to normal. You are just a number to them.....

I’ve been a Gousto customer for 2 years and I have to say the way they have dealt with Coronavirus and continues to manage excellent deliveries and making it as fair as possible has been nothing short of outstanding. I recommended them before and now I doubly recommend them (when they start accepting new customers again)

Don’t waste your time placing an order cos they have stopped this service. Would have been helpful to state this on website before I wasted time putting together an order.

Great way to access new exciting recipes without having to overbuy on the ingredients. Also a great way to give people who do not have a lot of experience of cooking a bit of confidence to give it a go, it has worked a treat with my boyfriend.

Can't fault the service and quality of food. Every week there's a wide variety of meals to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. I'm really enjoying cooking from scratch and learning new recipes along the way. My favourite has to be the wagamama style sweet chilli chicken ramen. I find myself saving money and reducing waste. Best thing is you can pause your subscription at any time with no hassle or additional costs. We are a middle aged couple who have gained so much by being part of the Gousto family. We have learnt new skills, tried new recipes, wasted less food. We look forward to the box coming each week. We especially like Gousto at this worrying time as it was easy to increase our meals from 3 to 4 to save going to the supermarket. Thankyou .

We have been using Gusto for 3 days a week for over a year. The choice of meals has been fantastic. Lots of improvements have been made to make the packaging as environmentally sound as possible. Less packaging,less food waste and healthy, tasty meals. Love it!

After having Gusto for some time I find the quality of going out for a meal not up to Gusto menus. It is like eating out four nights a week with wonderful menus to choose from.
