“Very poor customer service. The grade A phone arrived very quickly but was in horrendous condition. The returns process is very easy but waited over 10 days for a refund. Don’t bother to call customer services. They don’t answer. They replied to emails after 48 hours. Shame really as the buying process was simple and fast. Fair prices if you actually get what you paid for. ”
