“Phone was not unlocked, phone battery was below the minimum 80% Tried to call the different contact numbers, no one available, left a message for a call back, no call received. Have sent 3 emails to contact and sales emails - not even an acknowledgement so I have returned the phone for a refund. Let’s hope they at least honour that. The only thing I’ve had is this email asking me to review them.”

“Very happy with phone in end but had problems getting there order one phone then was out stock offered complementary upgrade from 128gb to 256gb for this but still no phone in stock so paid extra to go from a 11 to 12 but only got 64gb and no offer of the compensation again for the first order so for that bit very poor Should of offered me discount or money back which I would done being a business owner my self”

“I sold my iPhone to Grade mobile. They made an offer that I accepted. The the did not pay me. Now I am having to go through the court process to get my money. They have promised on several occasions to make the payment but keep coming up with excuses that are completely false. They simply DO NOT WANT TO PAY! This has happened before, if you google this company, other people have suffered the same treatment. They are SCAMMERS!! beware, you have been warned!”

“This company have had my phone for many days, they have agreed to buy the phone BUT have made no attempt to pay me for it. I have received many promises but still no payment. BE VERY CAREFUL PEOPLE. Legal action will be started by me against them but will also speak with the police to see if their behavior is criminal”

“I got the iPhone 11 64gb excellent condition from Grade mobile delivery was superb. Battery health was 90 overall the phone was looking new tiny dot like scratches but not noticeable from afar. The only problem I’ve got so far is Face ID not working.”
