“Fantastic. I ordered a ‘renewed’ grade iPhone XS on Wednesday evening. It was dispatched Thursday and arrived Friday via tracked Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. The phone was in immaculate condition, well packaged with brand new charger plug and cable. The handset was well charged and ready to go. So far it seems to be working perfectly and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I also have the added peace of mind of the 12 month warranty included which is reassuring to have in case the phone does develop any issues or faults within the next 12 months. This was one of the reasons I chose Grade Mobile, along with the excellent trust rating and reviews, and the range of reasonably priced handsets of different grades available to choose from. I also like the fact that I was able to use Klarna as a payment option, allowing me to pay the full amount over three equal payments 30 days apart, without paying any added interest. This makes it even more affordable and is a great option for those of us on a tight budget.”

“Great service, prompt and efficient, as describe, not a mark on grade a Apple Watch, more then impressed with it, helpful team when their chosen courier Royal Mail messed up, that’s the only negative was Royal Mail, but that’s nothing to do with the service from grade mobile,”

“Dear Sir/Madam/Mx I received my daughter's beautiful purple iPhone 11 and she is very happy with it. Everything has been transferred over but there is one snag.... the phone is locked to a network that isn't Vodafone??? There was still a micro sim inside from EE I can either mess around with it, clearing passwords and everything else or ask if you'd assist with unlocking it this end. I'm not really happy about paying £10.00 to unlock it when it should be unlocked anyway. I thank you in advance for your help Kind regards Andrew Wilkes”
