“I was so excited when my phone arrived so quickly, however unfortunately the sound doesn’t work on phone calls. Nobody can hear me, have tried ringing several people and it’s always the same problem. The touchscreen is quite slow too. And have to press hard, but the biggest problem is that I can’t make phone calls”

“I was really disappointed to find that my renewed iphone XR only had 88% battery. I have bought lower grade phones in the past from you with much better battery health. I am considering returning the phone. I have contacted customer service but got a standard reply that anything over 80% is deemed acceptable, but I disagree strongly with this and assume that my phone's battery will be below 80% in less then one year.”
