“I was really disappointed to find that my renewed iphone XR only had 88% battery. I have bought lower grade phones in the past from you with much better battery health. I am considering returning the phone. I have contacted customer service but got a standard reply that anything over 80% is deemed acceptable, but I disagree strongly with this and assume that my phone's battery will be below 80% in less then one year.”

“I’M SO HAPPY WITH MY PHONE! First I bought a grade b iPhone XR and it came but it had scratches all over the phone which was disappointing (not saying yours will) but then after I spoke to a nice lady named Rose and I was able to return the phone. After that I ordered the iPhone XR in the renewed condition and it’s absolutely wonderful. The battery health is 90% which is great, and I got the phone for under £235. It’s basically brand new and has no damage on it whatsoever. Was packaged well in a grade mobile box with adapter and cable, also came with sim ejector. I will definitely use grade mobile again, Thank you.”

“Grade mobile were great in every way my problem with last phone i got was sorted immediately with no fuss that’s why i have bought this phone for my wife and iam sure it will be great as well why get a phone on contract for three years go to grade mobile and go sim only job done 👍👍👍”
