I received a phone that had a faulty battery I then returned it, they claimed the screen was damaged and refused to refund my money. The phone was in perfect condition when I returned it in exactly the same packaging it arrived in they then refused to refund the full amount. shocking service. AVOID this company

Hi, Thank you for your feedback! I am really sorry to hear about your experience and I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. From what I can see the device was returned to us with physical damage evident and as per our Terms and Condition, since it wasn't reported within 24 hours of the parcel's arrival (more than a month later to be exact) your warranty was avoided. Though since you are an existing customer and as we do for all of our customers we always try our best to accommodate all requests. With that in mind, I can see that we also suggested a discounted repair, which has been agreed upon. Brought through Amazon as new prestige condition phone arrived in poor condition sent back the same day they received it next day two weeks later still no refund and no communication despite emailing them going to raise a dispute to try and get a refund

The phone arrived on time and early on the day! In a refurbished condition but looks even better! Looks and feels like a new iPhone completely and for half the price of the RRP you can’t complain

This is a fraudulent company - do not use!!! I sent them an iphone XR in pristine condition, great battery life. They quoted me £188. Then once they had the phone they changed the quote to £100 and tried to claim there were scratches and that it was in grade C condition! I have photos (and the actual phone back in my possession) to prove the phone is in perfect unscratched condition. They clearly hope that people can't be bothered to have the phone sent back to them. They are criminals and have wasted my time. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely brilliant. Was nervous about ordering a reconditioned IPhone but have to say when it arrived day after ordering professionally packaged I was less nervous I opened the box to find that the phone looked brand new. Not a mark on it. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Just left feeling like I dealt with a company who go out of there way to provide a great customer experience. Thanks

Reliable seller, good quality phones, and unlike some others they only sell what they have in stock (no waiting, no disappointment). I have bought a couple of phones from Grade Mobile so far, the first one developed an issue after a few months, it was replaced without any hassle within the 12-month warranty period. Great service. Just bought another phone, excellent quality like new, 100% battery capacity, very pleased.

Great service and although my new IPhone is listed grade B, it looks immaculate. I also bought a cover and protective case at the same time from GRADE as I wish to keep this IPhone, unlike my previous one, as protected as possible! Many thanks

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro max. I expected to have 100% battery life but it came with 87%, so a little disappointed for this. Everything else was perfect, quick delivery and the iPhone in very good state.
