“Ordering online was simple, however, the process of getting the wallpaper was confusing: a few days after placing the order I got an email from UPS indicating the product will be arriving in a couple of days so I was surprised at how quickly it would be delivered . On the expected delivery date I had another email indicating the product was delivered... though not to my house but in Pennslavania! Confused, I called G & B where I learned that delivery was a two step process: The item is shipped from Jersey to a holding center in PA then is given to purolator for shipment to my home in Canada. I spoke to customer service twice and no one mentioned this process which does not make sense as i live closer to Jersey than PA! Simple communication to the customer would've resulted in a score of 5 points! This score is only for customer service and ease of ordering as I dont yet have the product so that will be another post!”

“I cannot thank the g&b team enough. When I was trying to find a particular wallpaper which was discontinued I contacted the team forwarding a photograph of the wallpaper on my wall. Within an hour I received a reply with the item I was looking for together with the design and number therefore allowing me to complete my project. Bingo!”

“Super quick delivery, despite delivering to wrong address stated, luckily I was in to take delivery. Well packaged too. Wallpaper is lovely, though not up yet! Would definitely recommend to buy direct.”
