“Ordered three bags of dove gravel on line then changed order via phone for marble gravel . Order was delivered correctly the staff bent over backwards to deliver within a few days , driver was excellent unloaded gravel onto driveway exactly where I wanted and the product was of exceptional quality exacactly as described. Having researched marble gravel both on line and locally I carnt find better or cheaper ! Totally recommend Grasslands for quality and professionalism . 110% from a happy customer who will be ordering again”

“The quality of the soil cannot be faulted. The delivery was made a day early despite my request on booking however thankfully our builders were on site to assist. The delivery driver was not provided with adequate MHE to move the 2 x 1.5 tonne bags and she was going to return to her depot to return the load. The load was also loaded poorly onto the delivery lorry preventing easy removal with the small palletiser available. Our builders assisted the driver with both off loading and locating the load on our drive however without them I do not think the delivery would have been completed. I was disappointed that the forklift promised during the placing of my order was not available. I am grateful that my builders were on hand to assist the delivery driver with her task and find it poor that she was on her own and not provided with the capability to unload her vehicle without help from others.”

“Orderded 3 bulk bags of top soil, delivered on the date requested with the advantage of a fork lift truck on the delivery wagon, meant drop off next to the site rather than having to barrow from front to rear of house. Made life much easier!”

“Initially ordered the bulk bag of slate 40mm pieces as it's cheaper than local builders merchants/garden centres even with delivery added. Expected a similar quality to what we've had previously but this is SO MUCH BETTER-the pieces are much chunkier and heavier and it looks great. Should also add that the delivery driver-can't recall the courier used- was amazing ; our road was blocked with gas vans working on an emergency leak so he and my husband pushed/pulled the pallet down the road onto our drive. Would definitely use Grasslands Turf for other items for our garden project and would highly recommend them.”

“3 tonnes of soil arrived bang on time. Really helpful driver too. Lovely quality topsoil with little evidence of pebbles but plenty of rich loamy / humus materials. Will definitely use this company again”

“The delivery came exactly when the email had said it would. The driver was very courteous and dropped the load just where requested. The quality and price of the product is really impressive and we have already placed a second order for more of the same product - it really has given great definition to all of the plants and shrubs in our borders and is a great help in controlling slugs and weeds”

“Ordered gravel, soil and bark all three products was excellent. Delivery was with a fork lift truck which was ideal for us as we live down a very narrow lane and hi-ab lorries have to leave our orders at the bottom on the lane. Would definitely use again”

“Delivery of the gravel excellent the driver dropped it exactly where I wanted , only downside is I had to contact them to find out what time the delivery slot was , apart from that brill good value for money so much so I have ordered some more gravel from there”
