“It is the third or fourth time that I have ordered plants from Green Aqua, and I am very satisfied in general. However, it is the second time that stem plants have not been appropriately packed—they arrived smashed and broken—especially Vallisneria (both times—it was only 3-4 leaves!!!), Ludwigia palustris super red, Hygrophila difformis and some others.”

“Salve, avrei dato sicuramente 5 stelle ma nonostante sia arrivato tutto senza danni,il cartone secondo me sarebbe meglio se fosse più spesso. Dico questo perché il mio era abbastanza malconcio . Detto questo la spedizione e la protezione del imballaggio era ottimo. In più voglio fare un saluto a tutto lo staff di green Aqua vi seguo volentieri su YouTube siete fantastici. Ciao”

“Több dolgot vásároltam és a megrendelés előtt telefonon egyeztettem az ügyfélszolgálatzal hogyan oldható meg az, hogy a termékek bizonyos megbontásban készpénzel és kártyával tudjam fizetni, hangsúlyozva hogy ez fontos nekem.. A kérés ellenére a GLS-nek csak egyben volt lehetőség fizetni. Sajnálom hogy nem sikerült ezt megvalósítani.. A termékekkel elégedett vagyok, a fentebbi miatt a szolgáltatással kevésbé. Üdvözlettel”

“Due to large selection of available plants I decided to order at Green Aqua for my new setup. Apparently after processing my order it seemed not everything was in stock. “First purchase. They have good products. Despite a problem with some unusable stones and initial problematic apporach in costumer care they solved my issue with honest partial replacement by sending new stones. General evaluation is good.”

“The available shipping methods would be the only thing to complain about. GLS was most expensive but super slow. DHL Express would be a better option. The shop itself packed and shipped everything fast, thank you for that.”
