“The product I wanted was not yet available but on preorder on the website. I received a email notification for availability and ordered a few days later. The product was still in stock and was shipped in 4 days from Budapest to the Netherlands at good shipping costs. I would order from Green Aqua again.”

“4/5 I would love to say 5 because I enjoy the youtube and i love the selection on your shop. I just made the experience that I had a question and I called within normal business hours. I tried to call 3 times in 2 hours and someone picked up and put down the phone in 1 second killing the call. Dont get me wrong I very much appreciate the company... just not that one individual that doesnt like customer service. Have a great day and keep up the nice work :)”

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're really surprised to hear the issue as we never do this. This is the first time in our history when we read such feedback. The customer is always first here at Green Aqua. Maybe there was an issue with the line/internet connection. We also use portable phone devices and in some areas, the line can break if the device loses the signal. I only can think of this issue. These portable devices are not showing numbers so we can't call back. Like in the past you can reach us by email, phone during our business hours. We're happy to help. Best, The Green Aqua Team

“Korrekt áron jó termékek kaphatók, a bolt mindig patyolat tiszta, lehet ötletet gyüjteni a kiállított akváriumokból, hatalmas kő/fa választék. Az online rendelés egyszerű, a termék leírások hasznosak. A termékek gyorsan érkeznek meg.”

“Excellent support can’t flaw it. Should set the bar for any aqua scape shop in the world. Only issue when you don’t live in Budapest. Shipping prices eat up The economics on small orders. Besides that Excellent online shop!”

“I had a niece quick service, just some of my plants that i received were close to dead although they were invitro, this was so for my tropica hemianthus callitrichoides Cuba, have of these pots were for the garbage bin when they arrived. I can send you a picture of the products. Luckily I ordered to much. I can also send a picture of the end result if you are interested, it is a mountain scape 😉”

“hőpakkal postázták, abban az egyben tévedtek, doboz alján voltak a növények, alatta semmi, tehát így nézett ki, mikor megkaptam. Doboz alján növény, növévények tetején, papír , utána melegítő tasak, .............. legalul a növény, Nymphaea lótusz, na neki minden levele, úgy lógott a felső 3 levél, pár nap alatt teljesen elhalt, még alul 2 levél bírja ....... Anubias nana 'Pinto' , egyenlőre még nincs baja. A benne lévő papírt , a növények alá kelett volna tenni, az is védte volna őket, a hidegtől, nem felülre, nem a melegítő tasaokat akartam védeni , hanem a növényeket .......... nyáron nem voltak,, eszembe nem jutott volna ,most rendelni, az éjszakai hideg miatt, nagyon remélem, nem most faragtam rá erre :(”

Kedves Noémi, köszönjük visszajelzését. Amennyiben a növények sérülést szenvedtek az utazás során, kérjük jelezze ügyfélszolgálatunknak emailben, hogy segíteni tudjunk. A Nymphaea szállítás után majdnem minden esetben elveszti a leveleit. Ez az első néhány napban egyébként is megtörténik az akváriumban. Ez teljesen normális jelenség. A növény új levelet növeszt a hagymáról, ami már a mi akváriumonkhoz alkalmazkodva szépen fejlődik tovább. Sok esetben ezért csak hagymát szállítanak a kertészetek a könnyebb szállíthatóság érdekében.
