I would love to say 5 because I enjoy the youtube and i love the selection on your shop. I just made the experience that I had a question and I called within normal business hours.
I tried to call 3 times in 2 hours and someone picked up and put down the phone in 1 second killing the call.
Dont get me wrong I very much appreciate the company... just not that one individual that doesnt like customer service.
