Kedves István, a rendelést megvizsgálva azt látjuk, hogy pénteken zárás után este érkezett meg a rendelés. Amit hétfőn nyitás előtt átvételre kiértesítettünk. Szombaton ugyan néhány órára nyitva vagyunk, de sem az irodánk, sem a raktárunk nem üzemel ebben az időben. Ilyenkor esetleg azt tudjuk tanácsolni, hogy ha a későn leadott rendelést hétvégén venné át, akkor telefonáljon a boltba nyitvatartási időben szombaton, hogy átvehető e a termék. Természetesen igyekszünk mindenben segíteni. Üdvözlettel, Green Aqua

“Hello, if I can make a criticism, the delivery was a bit slow. I state that I come from Italy but six days are a bit excessive. The plants arrived suffering, hottonia palustris dead. Fortunately, the other plants recovered. Having said that, the quality and seriousness are excellent. I love your videos. Greetings”
