“Like always , good quality products and good shipping. This time unfortunately the stem-plants were broken en out of their package. Not your fault , i think GLS throw the package around a lot. But the world is not a perfect place :-)”

“The order was well packaged and the shipping time from Hungary to Germany was good. The ADA cups were wrapped in a lot of cling film. I didn't find that so great, because the beginning of the foil was sometimes difficult to find, sometimes the foil was wet, even though all cups were closed. I would rate the quality of the plants from very good to good and once satisfactory. Unfortunately, all the plants had slipped or were even upside down in the in-vitro containers, which wasn't too good for the plants. However, I don't know how to pack better here either.”

“Nincs opció arra, hogy összevárom amíg minden raktáron lesz, és egyben kérem a szállítást. Ha várok, akkor e-mailben noszogatnak. Ez kissé tolakodóvá tette számomra az amúgy kezdetektől fogva ismert, nagyrabecsült cégüket. Tisztelettel: Katona Tamás”

“Árukészlet és bolti készlet nem mindig stimmel. Volt hogy kinéztem a terméket "raktáron" odamentem és nem volt. De fordítva is történt már, tudtam hogy nincs, és meglepve tapasztaltam hogy ott van a polcon, ez mondjuk a jobbik verzió számomra. :) Csak azért 4 pont, mert a rendelés leadása és átvétel között az átlagosnál több idő telt el. Más cégnél kapok csomagkövetési számot és jobban átlátható a rendelés befogadása-feldolgozása-futár folyamat. Termékek 5*, kiszolgálás 5*, hajrá, így tovább!”

“Indokolatlan, hogy egy raktáron levőnek jelzett termék üzletben történő átvételére (az e-mail megérkezésére) több alkalommal három munkanapot kellett várni. Más online értékesítők esetében legtöbbször a következő munkanapon történő átvétel lehetőségét tapasztaltam. (Miért nem lehet hosszú "ö" és "ü" karaktereket beírni??? Nem kellene ezt a hibát javítani???)”
