“Quality of parts are very good but you have gone down the same annoying route of Euro car parts of inflating your prices and then offering 55% off using a discount code. Why do this? Just leave your prices static and offer a genuine discount from time to time off your standard prices instead of your current strategy.”

“They had the parts in stock, at a good price. Lost a star for me having to drive (an hour each way) and pick one up as only one of the two (identical items) were available for home delivery but it's far from the end of the world and at least they had them!”

“Website shows which parts fit my car and that has been right so far. Parts seem good and arrive at nominated store O.K. However.. I get an email that says the parts will be in store (on say Wednesday). Then on Tuesday I get an email saying 'Why haven't I picked up my parts'. Then when I go to the store they say they will be here tomorrow. The timing of messages is mixed up. I've worked it out now !”
