“Part was delivered to store as requested, the only gripe was the email sent at 9:10am telling me I still hadn't collected it when told it would be delivered at 9:00am that day. You had 48 hours to get it to store yet I was expected to get there within 10 minutes! That said staff in store were helpful and part is as described.”

“Great online experience and very friendly customer care. After sales is pretty much flawless too, however I'm disappointed that GSF does not open on Sundays or it would be a straight 5/5. I work all week and fix car problems on he weekend as most hobbyists do, however I'm a tad more advanced than a hobbyist and only having one day to gather parts is annoying. With that said, if you know what you want and have spare time on a Saturday then GSF is cheaper than the competition by a long shot and that means your not going to stretch the time between services to the limit and service before its due. That's economic sense and in the long run a healthier engine. Overall 4.5/5 all the way but Sunday's is a must to keep he hobbyists in mind not just the main garages.”

“My internet purchase was picked and ready for collection when I arrived at the store. The order was for an inner and outer CV Joint, however, the inner part issued was the wrong part and it seems that you don't stock the right part which I had to obtain via the internet. The wrong part was returned without quibbles and a refund issued. I will say that this is the first time that I've ever had a problem with your company.”

“Parts were easy to order on line. Good options. They even exchanged a part that didn't fit. Only thing is with click and collect when I went in I waited ages for service, people walking in and out of office probably not trained on customer service. Not only myself in there waiting. When I got served the guy left parts on the counter disappeared I didn't know if he had picked all parts or not.”

“I feel been treated as an individual not as number, but still improvement to do because some of the members still not have the winning mentality thinking that the customers are just a number. In my opinion GSF at moment are the best compare to the others but all depend from the people that work at GSF, been the best doesn't mean your are the best but compare to the others it is ok. Been the best mean that every particular need to be taken in consideration and this will bring GFS at the top, I have a lot experience in automotive sector and personally I try to work at GFS but not reply from them and this make me think regarding improvement at GSF. The potential is massive but you need people.”

“Used the online ordering system. All the Citroen parts I required were in stock and available at my local GSF. Note: All the discounts are only available when ordering parts online. My local GSF is only a couple of hundred metres way and the discounts were not valid if I ordered/called in store. Not a big deal but its worth noting.”
