“a shop counter is never well manned or well worked but if you can get past the poor customer service its a great shop, great staff and a great deals and prices. the relasionship with staff to customers is brilliant and does make a great difference to me when i am looking for parts. i do go else where and i do buy others people parts, but i never do so untill gsf have had a chance to supply me first , only when they cant fullfill my order do i look else where”

“As a 1st time online user with GSF I was well pleased with an entitlement to a 30% discount, (worth £50+ to me). I order the item for collection in-store the next working day. The transaction was late, near trading end and I knew that I had missed a 'next day' collection opportunity. In this case next working day might have been Monday, but drifted to Tuesday. No problem for me. I intend to collect on the Tuesday. Later on the Monday I get an email stating that I have failed to collect said item; however this is ok and will be held until Tuesday. I collect on said Tuesday, but wonder about GSF emailing Bots and their time settings. Product is fine and working. Well pleased, ne Ebay stress. This missive is comment, not a complaint.”

“Good price after surcharge for caliper. Good quality and functions as expected. Website said in stock but turned up to collect and it wasn't but they worked very hard to get it for me within 2 hours from another store. Thanks”
