“I recently bought some parts for my VW T4 from the Nottingham branch of GSF. The products are perfect but I've got to say that the staff at the counter were a little, what can I say, offish. As representatives they could use a little polish, no greeting, no smiles, very little interaction with the customer. I'll be back but only because the competition are worse!”

“since the new pricing GSF are much more competitive I ordered a V belt they sent the wrong one 850 instead of 805, so I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement imediatly great service and no fuss”

“Well, I ordered a part on line, gained 7% off, and went and picked it up at a branch, but getting back and removing faulty part, I discovered that I had the wrong part! So, I went back to the branch with both parts and the counter staff were pleased 1) to replace with the right part and 2) point out how essential counter staff were! They also ensured that I still got my 7% discount on the part. All in all, I was pleased because I am finding it difficult to get discount parts for my car which is now just out of manufacturer's warranty. Thank you very much.”

“I wouldn't go so far as to say buying a bulb could make anyone happy. I ususally wait until I need a few parts but I needed this bulb for a motorbike and it is good of GSF to freepost a small order.”
