“Portsmouth branch! These people keeps messing you about! First they said order online then wait 5mins to pick up. So I did ordered online (Thursday), then says I have to come back tomorrow to pick up. I was not able to pick up the next day through to the weekend (they're closed Sunday) as I was away. Phoned Monday to check if items still on site (shop) to be picked up, was told yes. When I arrived at the shop to pick it up, I was told items not there and I have to come back again tomorrow! The person I talked to (didn't get his name) even told me "what's wrong with coming back tomorrow" whilst laughing. Extremely apalled by this behaviour! Never again! I will definitely spread the word with my family and friends so they don't get the same treatment!!!”
