“Great selection of parts available.Good value for money.StreamlineA-Z process . Only downside is delivery service which could be better simply because some of the product got delivered in rather poor condition where negative impact affected buyers experience.Other than that GSF is great and pleased to deal with.”

“Great company to deal with, well priced and dispatches really quickly! Only issue was that my small item was put into a much bigger box that couldn’t be put through the letterbox, hence it had to be re delivered the following day. I think the drivers petrol would have cost more than the item, not to mention the carbon footprint. That said I will definitely use the company again”

“Usually have what I need in stock and quick delivery. I like having the choice of OE or cheaper quality brands. But please PLEASE stop with the continuous and ridiculous "65% off special offers"- as soon as one expires the next starts and it's fooling no one. Just show the reduced prices all the time!”

“I bought a new battery from online and needed to return it as no longer needed but found the paperwork required to return it a bit annoying i had to print the paper work (Good thing i have a printer) now have to wait for my refund from online as the store i returned the battery too cannot refund.”

“Good service and fast delivery. However, disappointed when returning the battery which was unsuitable for the vehicle I was advised I must return the merchandise to their store. Once accepted by the store the head office will refund the cost of the battery. I will be able to buy the correct battery from the store but they were out of stock. I tried to order the battery online and have it delivered at home. I was unable to complete the transaction as they were also out of stock.”

“Drivetec front discs originally purchased missing abs ring as per oe. Second Delphi set had abs ring. Seems that drivetec not correct for my car. Also. A bit of a faff in your branch as they couldn't supply replacement discs at on line price so had to reorder by mobile in shop and then wait. Seems crazy that you have separate prices as makes returns and swapping difficult.”

“The Offers are indeed good,.. The marketing through the internet is good and informative. However when trying to order the product is rarely available,and you have to make a second choice. Oh your shops. are well looked after,with a friendly assistant .. However there is not a good connection with the Hq,. The service from Hq doesn't seem to be smooth.. It's the attitude ...this is it... this is what we have ..take it or leave it!!”

“Orderd car battery very pleased with price & home delivery,but when queried this at shop I was told you did not do home deliverery so had to contact head office,they assured me you did so placed order.Prompt service excellent price would deal with again,Only point see that staff know what they are talking about as you could lose sales.”
