“Received the parts ordered quickly and they replied to messages immediately. Great service. Didn't have a few parts needed to do a brake swap so had to look elsewhere hence the 4 star”

“Usually good, but have had several issues of late. For eg you provided two suspension arms for the same side, despite order being for L& R. Ordered a Thermostat with last order that came with no seal. No notes to remind buyers to buy seperate seal. Caused severe delays. Staff in local branches very helpful. You need to double chekc parts being despatched, and also if items come without seals-please make it clear that this needs to be purchased as well.”

“Ordered a part, not immediately urgent , on the 26th June on standard delivery. Surprised it was not despatched until the 28th, despite being in stock. Arrived on the 29th. Otherwise all good . Fair prices and the parts are the parts.”

“Website was weird...part changed name and price while picture stayed the same...started at like 50 quid, ended at 95! But its right. Arrived fast, albeit in a trashed package STOP USING HERMES! They had to change their name for a reason!”

“Goods were what i wanted, although they were 5p less than the minimum charge for delivery so i had to order a 90p bulb in order to get free delivery, seems a waste...”

“I've been buying car parts from GSF for decades and plan to continue doing so. However, I remain disappointed that GSF closed their Scottish branches. I hope, one day, this is reversed.”

“GSF service, I can't fault the service i received from ordering online, to speaking to customer service about an issue with delivery, however The service I received from DPD delivery company was shocking, and for that reason when I come to order parts on your online service I will op for Click and collect”

“Ordered a part online and had delivered which I ended up not needing and so returned it to my local branch. They wouldn’t take it saying I needed to use the return section on the website . Went home logged on to the website and they said I can return it to my local branch!🤣”
