“The online shopping is good at GSF, but the visit to the Harrow Branch is not very user friendly. They are slow and the place is in a mess with parts oil etc all over the entrance. They take too much time to deliver the items to the customers waiting and are not very helpful or friendly. It's a pity because they ruin the reputation of GSF, in my view.”
