“The service, communication, price and delivery time was good but my small order was delivered in two packages on different days so when I opened the first package and found an item missing I had to call to check if something had been left out as there was no note to explain and the packing invoice listed all the items I was expecting so I didn't know the rest of the order was on the way.”

“It was frustrating to find that, having identified GFS as a good value local supplier and ordered Click and Collect on Friday, my order had expired by my intended collection day, Monday. But I'll know for another time, and I was lucky to find the wiper I wanted available during a sale.”
