“I was surprised that someone called me that my order is ready (normally I receive text message), but when I arrived at store I had to wait until someone will pick up my staff from correct shelves in warehouse instead of having it close to till”

“It is always good to know that you can order online and know the stock is there and reserved for you prior to collection. Also good to know that if there is only one of the items left that you are ordering, you don't have to rush to the shop to get it before someone else does !! There is also a good selection of budget through to top end brands to choose from. Collection is as easy as showing them the email on your phone with the reservation number. I have used the click and collect service before and will continue to use it again over the other outfits that are out there.”

“Loads of parts available with good advice and service. Always a helpful person to talk to. On-line deals well worth having. If I had to have a gripe it would be - all my service parts in stock, however, someone needs to address the issue of doing an oil change most vehicles need the copper seals replacing - not stocked at GSF.”
