“Ordered a set of rocker arms online . But when my wife went to pick them up from doncaster turns out they had been sent to Birmingham. ?? it was sorted next day the parts were correct and my car is back on the road . Just a she they got delivered to wrong depot Regards”

“Really good prices, fast delivery but check out on their website is a bit of a mare, sage pay doesn't work well, screen goes blank, hard to update addresses to have one as billing and another as delivery ie work address lastly the default address fields are too small for some long addresses. I'm sure these will be sorted in time, in the meantime I use PayPal. All can be overlooked cis the prices are good.”

“GSF Cheltenham is my usual point of call for VW and BMW parts. Staff are helpful and the quality is usually good, but some of the lowest-priced brands can be iffy, and the website doesn't always give the right information. List prices are often unrealistic, but thanks to constant competition there is nearly always a good discount offer.”

“They did not due to bank holiday could not collect till Tuesday which was fine but could not get till Wednesday. I then found my order had been wiped off the system and I had to pay more due to net offer ended.”

“Just to say I am no way affiliated or related to anyone in GSF. Bought parts online and used my email to get the discount. Don't know what delivers are like as went to collect from shop. Shop was easy to find and had good car parking. From leaving car to shop counter took less than 10 seconds. It that close after parking. Staff were helpful and friendly. Can certainly recommend and will buy from them again. Alan (Oldham) 22/04/2017”
