“Given wrong part despite ordering click & collect and matching part with my reg. refused refund as I didn’t have a paper receipt (click & collect doesn’t require it), asked them if they could just get it on their epos and said no . Had to call different store who could find my paper receipt and emailed it over to me without issue”
