“Great price. Fast delivery to branch. Could do with more counter staff at Oldbury though. Only one person so quite a long wait to get served.”

“Good experience, but would be better to also give a little bit of freedom when looking after parts on the website. My car does not use standard parts so I wasn't able to find suitable parts for it by using my licence plate number.”

“The washer pump itself was great and a lot cheaper than Peugeot. The part no on the website however was incorrect for the part required. This was soon sorted in store”

“What mostly made me happy is the queing system introduced at Northampton. Everybody is there for an urgent part but it is no longer a free for all. Parking is a bit of an issue but thats throughout the estate.”

“Straight forward, parts on the shelf. Exactly as it should be apart from having to use discount codes to get items at a reasonable price. Most items are over priced unless you have a code.”
