Items were as described. I notice this feedback system only asks the reviewer "Tell us how GSF car parts made you happy" but does not ask for any problems. Thats a biased review system. You lost one star there because of that. Dont tell me what to write please. The thing about the order that lost you a star was the delivery arrived in 2 parts. Thats not a problem but the box only said "1" . It did not say 1 of 2. This meant i thought items were missing. I tried using the online help but it eventually said all agents were busy. This meant i went the weekend thinking my order was not arriving. 2nd box arrived Monday. this box said 1 of 1. That is not helpful. Also the delivery note/invoice says "TERMS: STRICTLY CASH " which is wrong as i paid card. I get pulled up by the finance company for this anomaly which i dont need that grief. I dont get these issues with your "competition" with this. Please amend your biased survey question, correct the invoice terms and alter the box labeling quantity. This will then give you 5 stars from me.

The shipping time was fantastic however one of the boxs came open in the parcel and because of this I can't return them as there not needed anymore

Easy to order, good prices and staff were helpful. Only downside was that for some reason the order hadn't been picked and had been sat in a tray for 3 hours. Not the end of the world and I did receive an apology. Will use again.

Popped in for an oil filter cap socket..The foreign guy who served me was useless and more concerned about the classic car outside!! He needs to go!! However the manager was excellent and got me the part i needed! Cheers

Even after putting In reg number it still shows parts which are not suitable for my car and trying to work out which are correct is not easy

Once the order was placed the purchase was easy. HOwever the web did not work well. I first phoned your north Finchely branch who were bordering on rude and told me to phone your IT support!! Sorry that is your job. I eventually phoned head office where they were helpful in helping me to negotiate your online ordering system. Thereafter OK

Good product at a good price BUT Had 3 options for an ignition coil: standard, high quality or Bosch. Couldn't order the bosch online so ordered high quality for around £5 more. When I picked it up I was given the Bosch and no price reduction. Weird.
