“First class service from beginning to end good price for the battery that I needed delivered within a few days delivery driver was kind enough to place it in my hallway when asked i couldn't have asked for a better service well done to all at GSF”

“Good products and prices, only let down by the really frosty and unwelcoming feeling when I arrived at the Littlehampton store to pick up my goods. The guy who served me was so unhelpful and did not acknowledge me when I arrived, I felt really unwelcome as a solo female.”

“Service in store always quite slow. Also, more than one occasion where I have an email to say my part has arrived but when I got into store I'm told it wasn't on the delivery and to come back later or the next day. Part price is ok though and website is good.”

“They have a laminated sign. Queue this way. Then they serve others that walked in the other way. Waited longer than I should have. And when mentioned to the staff. Not even a word was spoken back about the sign and why others were being served before me or even an apology was given. It was pretty stupid of the company”
