“Pleased with the purchase and items but disappointed with the delivery. Bought 2 of exactly the same thing yet they both arrived separately which meant the job had to be put on hold. Why couldn't you have wrapped them both together? And please think again about using Evri. They are awful.”

“I was sent wrong brake partsmwhich only became clear when the car was dismantled. This meant an inconvenient journey hence my ordering online to begin with. I had understood that the parts would be exhanged for the correct ones. Not so, I was required to return the wrong parts and pay for the replacements, with a refund to follow. While there was some miscommunication with the online agent the guys at GSF Heathrow were very good”

“Great product and price, despatched swiftly. Will use again. Problem was my address was somehow jumbled up making it difficult to deliver. Evri were less than useless. I tried to correct the issue but to no avail. Fortunatelt evri regular driver remembered my name and delivered successfully 3 days later. Dont know whether fault was gsf or evri.”

“The parts ordered were exactly what was required. The only problem was delivery. Paid for Next Day service but delivery company didn’t send any alert about expected delivery time on first attempt so missed them. The following day got advance alert notice for delivery time and package was received safely.”

“Order was dealt with quickly unfortunately my order came in 4 parts with only one delivery number so I had to chase the remaining parts after first was dropped off and delivery marked completed. It put me back 2 days. Parts where quality and well priced.”

“Parts were ok, put order in on a Saturday before 2pm, paid next day delivery had email confirming parts dispatched same day, so assumed next day would be Monday ? Arrived Tuesday afternoon ? So I could have ordered Monday and got the same service ? Apart from that good service,”
