“Good staff, good prices and availability online, please please please stop using EVRi couriers they are by a mile the worst ever courier. Would rather pay more for a reliable delivery than another lost parcel.”

“Nothing wrong with the company and very easy to order the correct part but Evri delivery wasn’t great the driver arrived and the item wasn’t on the van I then got an email saying the item was heavier than expected (it was a car battery) so had to be given to a specialist driver however the same person turned up the next day and delivered it. Obviously nothing GSF could do except maybe use a better delivery company. With delays the item took 4 working days to arrive (ordered on a Saturday delivered on Thursday) so I had nearly a week without my car”

“I think the spark plug site could be a bit more comprehensive. Thort I was buying 3 but in fact I only bought one. Found my other 2 slightly cheaper. I do feel companies are charging a lot more for P and P these days”
