“Was to be delivered Wednesday, but came Thursday. Only 44Ahr, not 45 as on website. Not tall enough to fit, +d plastic lid to hold. Entering reg. № should have got 1 that fits? Working fine now so good.”

“Collection orders are great when there is not a large queue of people in the shop . often only one person works the front counter. Meanwhile the tele sales room are watching you tube drinking coffee lol perhaps a dedicated collection area for online orders may help the customer experience and perception”

“Item as described and good quality. Prompt dispatch and delivery. If I’m pushed for one improvement would be to have a delivery tracking code to know arrival day/time. You can call customer services if needed but that’s the only reason for 4 (no tracking info). Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“No issues what so ever using GSF, helpful website when you put your reg number in and comes up with suitable parts. Only knocked a start off because it's been over a week and my items till haven't arrived yet (everi) which isn't GSF fault but could maybe used a different delivery company”

“I bought a car battery online and when it arrived, although it appeared to be packaged very well, the bag that the battery was in was wet on the inside. I thought it was water so removed the battery to dry it off but it turned out to be acid (I checked it with a hot tub test strip). Although no great harm was done I did suffer some mild discomfort and irritation to my forearm.”
