“Went to collect but the depot was hard to find as it had Parts Alliance over the door. Easily rectified and am sure it will happen soon. There was a long delay finding my order, but again it was clear the staff were not yet acquainted with the layout. As always the parts were fine and reasonably priced”

“Great for OE filters and other service parts at the best price. Larger more valuable parts often a little cheaper elsewhere. Eg timing belt kit etc cv joints, batteries. I don’t understand the wisdom in offering a big discount against a massively inflated price, just to bring it into line with the market or just below.. maybe try the Lidl or IKEA model, where you try to offer the best price/ value proposition for you customers all the time. It’s how German and Swedish ( and Euro Car Parts, for that matter) built their reputation in the first place ..”
